FEATURE

OPP / PET / PVC film lamination is widely used on hang bags, posters, book covers, catalogues and many printing products nowadays to give better visual effect, tension, waterproof and protect. Aresseries film laminating machine is with better speed and performance; vertical and compact structure design on main unit, put gluing, drying and laminating sections together to reduce space required. There-in-one model is workable for water-base & solvent-base dry type lamination and pre-coated / thermal lamination.

FEEDER SECTION

  • Equip with pre-loading device and non-stop device.
  • High speed stream feeding head for stable and smoothly sheet feeding.
  • Feeder table with suction belts to transport sheet stably.
  • Front lay and side lay with mirco-adjustment, ensure accurate registration.
  • With servo control device for sheets overlapping, tolerance within +/- 2mm.

POWDER REMOVAL SECTION

  • Suction brush type powder cleaning device, with two brush rollers and air suction to remove printing powder of sheet surface. (Optional)
  • Heat calendering type powder cleaning device, with an electrical heating roller to remove printing powder of sheet surface.

GLUING SECTION

  • Ceramic coating roller with independent driving motor and doctor blade to adjust glue application, easy operation.
  • Continuous circulation of adhesive supply, use a pneumatic diaphragm glue pump to reduce bubble.
  • With pneumatic film shaft, easy to change film roll and save time.
  • With tension controller to reduce tension issue.

DRYING SECTION

  • Vertical drying oven design with shorter distance for stable film traveling without displacement, left / right lamination tolerance within +/- 0.5mm.
  • High efficient hot air circulation system, adjustment according to gluing and drying conditions.
  • Large dia. 800mm drying roller increase drying time and lamination speed, with new electromagnetic heating device and temperature controller.

LAMINATION SECTION

  • Dia. 250mm pressure roller is covered with special hard rubber for heat resisting.
  • Dia. 350mm lamination roller is with chromed surface, adopt new electromagnetic heating device for more safe operation, more easy maintenance, and more energy conservation. With temperature controller to keep temperature stable and even.
  • Lamination pressure is controlled by auto hydraulic pressure device, easy setting and keep lamination pressure even.

SEPARATION SECTION

  • Rotary knife cutting device (4 knifes), speed adjustable, easy operation. (For cutting OPP film)
  • Chain knife cutting system (2 knifes) with servo system and specific senor, accurate detection for overlapping position and precise control for cutting time. (For cutting PET / PVC film) (Optional)

DELIVERY SECTION

  • Delivery table with suction belts to transport sheet stably.
  • Sheet jogging device on 4 sides of sheet by sensor control, with adjustable air blowing device, stacking sheets more neat and tidy.
  • Equip with non-stop device, and sheet counter.

WINDOW SECTION (SPECIAL OPTIONAL)

  • Designed for special window lamination products, enhance diversity and functionality.
  • Three roller gluing system, suitable for window thick sheet only.
  • IR and hot air system, for dying glued window sheet before laminated with film.
